Is the tastiest food that I have ever had. We regularly go here and always try new things, Honestly nothing has been SO good

Overall good experience. Waited a while to be served but our waiter worked hard and made sure we had everything we needed. Food... is alright, the Sicilian pizza is very tasteful, the margherita traditional pizza was good. My boyfriend ordered meatballs forappetizer and it came in a big portion and it was tasteful. ***Update below my original review.*** Bits of plastic under the cheese on our pizza. It seemed like the plastic wrapping from a... block of cheese got grated in with the cheese. I found 4 pieces of plastic that were as large as the tip of my littlefinger. That's a major quality control issue that should have been resolved. I fed this to my young children and now I worrythey ate plastic. We order from Broadway at least once a week and have been for over a decade. I'm verydisappointed. ***UPDATE*** Management immediately responded and identified the issue within a day. UPDATE: because this place has been amazing to me and my family with the food I did order again and told the one young kid I... forgot his name sorry lol however I told him what happened and showed him the pictures with that being said he agreed that itwasn?t acceptable and made sure to offer me another one on the house whenever I am ready for it. ?? With that being said Ididn?t let one disappointment interfere with the fact that I love this place. The customer service was terrible but The young lady on the phone was super sweet. The calzone and stromveggie arrived soggy and... the box was even very soggy. The cheesecake calzone was not done and the dough was still gooey inside. We ordered almost $100worth of food and they would not accept any coupons. Upon delivery the driver was rude. Not sure what happened here. This used to be our favorite late night pizza joint, but tonight's pizza was just terrible. It... looked and tasted like frozen pizza. The crust was barely baked through, the sauce was tasteless and barely covered the pie. Ontop of that, I had to cut my own pizza. I wouldn't be so disappointed if I wasn't expecting the quality that used to beBroadway Pizza. Giving three stars in the hopes that this was just an off night and not an overall deterioration ofquality. Update: The management team reached out to me almost immediately and they have done everything they can to help makethis right, something I really appreciate. I will be back soon in the hopes that this really was just a fluke. Update 2: Sadthat this took me so long but I finally had the opportunity to return to the restaurant this evening and I am happy to reportthat the food this time around was much better. Something still tastes slightly different from when they were across theparking lot, but its not enough of a difference to change my original opinion of the food here. I'm not sure what the issue wasfrom my previous visit, but I can comfortably say the pizza here is back to being some of the best around. My only remainingconcern is the lack of anyone in the restaurant wearing a mask. I understand that this is Florida, where personal preferencetends to trump science, but this still may be a bit off-putting to some and will personally wait for safer times to dine inperson here.
