As someone who works in the mall, I can confirm there are a lot of Karens who complain here. I can hear them yelling at the... cashiers and then they play the victim. It?s disgusting. Be nicer to service people and you?ll actually get even better servicethan normal. But news flash: no one in the mall gets paid enough to be treated like a indentured servant. Check yo self. I am so disgusted in this location, Auntie Anne's is normally my favorite place ever when I go to any mall, for many years, but... this experience was absolutely horrible, the blonde lady manager was so unprofessional and rude to me and a gentleman in frontof me. I asked for a refund one hour after my visit, I bought pepperoni minis and a Almond pretzel,, went to Macy's to shop,started eating the pretzels about 20 minutes after purchase, which I do often and never an issue, but my husband and I were likethese are so hard, and the Almond one actually tasted burnt, so I was like no, my husband said just take it back so I said ok, Iwent and explained everything, where she responded that it had been an hour since I was there and I explained I did not wait anhour to eat, but that I had a arm full of clothes at Macy's so I waited until I was done shopping to go back, and she stillrefused to refund me, she was very sarcastic and rude, and walked away!!! And didn't even offer to give me a fresh order ofpretzels....I really hope someone higher up sees this because I'm so turned off by this place now, which has always been myfavorite!!!! Read more

Bad when an hour and a half before closing this is empty. Now they're being told that they can't 'PRE-SALE' pretzels although... they used to be able to and you'd just stand off to the side and wait. This is the 3rd time, I've come to this mall and can'torder the usual pretzels due to them not having any. When asked why no pretzels whenever I come, their response was that,"they've been busy". Okay, no problem but don't stop making pretzels since you're busy..keep then in the oven around the clock.Bare warmer my last 3 visits is simply poor management. And please don't show up less than an hour before closing bcus they'renot making anymore food and they will just sell what they have. As a business owner, this is bad. We thrice on the revenuewhich is essential for keeping our workers paid and our businesses afloat. The owner of this place is losing so much money dueto its poor management and lazy staff. This particular location is inside of the Altaki te Mall, which closes at 6p on Sundays... its now 5:30p on a Sunday and we were... just turned away, and told that they are sold out of everything. Not okay! Won't be back again, no matter how much My kids or Imight want something!! Read more
