Went here because I didn't want to travel so far to Orland or Merrillville in rush hour traffic. Gas station has a weird energy... to it. The customers, staff, etc. Then some older lady who works there said to the guy behind the kiosk, right in front of me,'make sure you charge for the frosting cup' and something about how 'there's already enough frosting on the roll'. Really, as ifI was going to try to finesse Cinnabon out of 60 cents for some frosting? Anyway, she could have waited until I left orwhispered it. That was rude. Anyhow, Dean (I believe that's his name) is a really nice guy with incredible customer serviceskills. The real reason for my one star review is when I got home to eat it the roll was hard and dry. I actually work right next door and it's good to have fresh cinnabons every time.
