Worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. Andy, Santiago and Juan should be removed from this job. We just asked for a... packet of Zax sauce. They refused to give us one. I complained to the manager. The employees want to argue and deny customerrequest. She was given a ranch packet which she prefers Zax. We were leaving and Juan followed us outside and confronted usabout cleaning our table. I went back inside to speak to the manager once again. These 3 young men seem to feed off eachother. I like Zaxbys - they are affordable and fast. My food is always fresh, hot and delicious. It's clean, fresh and quite... comfortable in 90 degree heat! I like the selection of sides and beverages - they have my fave zero sugar ginger ale. And I lovetheir cole slaw and chicken together with delicious buttery Texas toast - yum. This location has done this several times now with the same staff. I ask for extra tongue torch on the kickin chicken and they... barely put any on. Might help if the person taking your order could speak English and do away with the attitude at the drivethru. Not the type to write reviews but it?s been pretty bad.
