Been a couple times and food is awesome. Some of the best cooking anywhere. I stopped myself today though when I remembered... what a hassle it is to simply get something to drink at this place. There's no fountain drinks, and the tea and water... theysit in a dispenser on a table and are often empty. This food is spicy so sitting there thirsting with your mouth on fire is notsomething I want to have to go through on my lunch break. Call me spoiled. Read more

I love this place. It's hard not to order from them all the time. This is coming from someone that is Jamaican (yes, born... there). I've eaten at a lot of different places that call their food Jamaican cuisine, but fail to hit the mark. This place isamazing. Read more

Amazing food that is truly authentic Jamaican cuisine. My husband is Jamaican and he is a tough critic, and he still gives Ya... Mon his stamp of approval. The customer service is also top tier. I will be a forever customer! Read more

Food was good and the lady at the front was very nice. Unfortunately, she was the only one working the front-taking walk in... orders, phone orders, and prepping all the Uber/grub hub orders. I would definitely suggest ordering ahead-it took about 40minutes to order and get my food during lunch time. I had to rush back to work. One lady had to leave because her food took solong. I know one person can only do so much without adequate help but I hope they get a better system/process for lunch. Read more

Nothing but perfection. This place is bussin bussin. The staff is friendly and never hesitate to answer questions or accommodate... requests. The mac-n-cheese was different but in good kind of way. I go often and only wish they were open later. Read more

Well seasoned, authentic Jamaican food. Nice size portions which is why I will be dining here vs Caribbean Fiesta, another local... restaurant where you don?t get as much food, nor oxtails for the price. I ordered the combo plate with 1/2 chicken, 1/2 oxtails, cabbage, jalapeño Mac & cheese (soooo good!!!) and an extra side of red beans and rice. Staff was also very friendly andhelpful if you have menu questions. Read more

Simple, unpretentious, fresh, well-seasoned and authentic Jamaican home-cooking. Delicious. We tried the following: Goat Curry:... melt in your mouth, fresh, slow-cooked goat with not a hint of gaminess. You will think it?s a tender beef or veal. Wellbalanced seasoning with a touch of heat. Lunch portion for lunch was ample and honestly I couldn?t finish it. For $9.99, what adeal! Red Snapper Escovitch: Although we were there at lunch, my wife wanted this dinner and it did NOT disappoint. She choosethe whole fish option, but they will also filet it for you. The seasoning was superb with quite a bite of heat (ordered spicy). The delicate white fish meat melted in our mouths. Sides: All 4 of our sides were incredibly delicious: Plantains: lightlySweet, soft, slight acidity... just perfection. If you like plantains, try these! Steamed Cabbage: Seasoned with their Caribbeanseasonings, this was the most flavorful cabbage we have had in years. Delicious, soft and addicting. Rice and Red Beans: Perfectcompliment to my curry dish. Skillet Potatoes: Not sure what the seasoning was, but these were savory, somewhat too soft, butsuper delicious. Service was friendly and prompt. The friendly gal said the Red Snapper would take 20 minutes and it was readyin 19 minutes! Great job. This place must be a hidden gem and local secret. Read more
