I normally don?t like to leave reviews unless the experience is terrible and my last experience was that! I ordered food on the... mobile app and sent my husband to pick it up. When he got there he was told the order was canceled. The card was already chargedand the app still showed the order and the option to cancel. I went back to the location to show them so I can get our food orget a refund. The manger/owner (she said she was the owner) was very nasty about the situation. She first said I canceled theorder then said my card didn?t go through, even though it shows on my bank and also on the receipt as paid on the app. We wentback and fourth for a while until I realized it was not worth it. I believe she thinks I wanted to get free food. She statedit?s just a pending charge that will reverse. Called customer service and rep stated it do not show as a refund or canceledorder. It shows as if I got my food. Thank God I recorded the conversation while I was in the store. As a manger/owner if I?mshowing you all my proof why not give customer her food. This situation upset me and my daughter and caused a bicker with me andmy husband. I will not stop here. Read more

DO NOT USE THE MOBILE APP TO ORDER FROM THIS STORE. I used the mobile app. Placed my order at 12:09. My bank sent me notice... that the payment had been taken/ hold placed. I went to the store. First they couldn?t find any record of my order. Thenthey said the order was pending for payment. I showed them the notice from my bank and the receipt on the app only to be notgiven food and to be told the order was pending. I asked if they could cancel or void the order since they showed it aspending. They refused saying there is nothing they can do. $10.70 may not seem like a lot to her but it was my lunch. Sothe manager refused to offer any assistance and right now I am out money. So I had the app receipt and it didn?t matter. Icalled my bank Navy Federal, they can?t cancel the authorization. If the store puts the charge through I have to file adispute for fraud since I never received the food I ordered. All I can say is don?t use the Wendy?s app to order from Wendy?s# 5801 on McFarland Parkway in Alpharetta GA. It?s not worth the headache. And I wasted over an hour trying to get my food. The point of using the mobile app was for speed. I only had 30 minutes for lunch. Read more

Horrible customer service. I walk in to two females and one male. The female with a red shirt(I am assuming she is the lead of... shift) starts, not continues, but starts talking and laughing with the two others in the front. I am under the impression thatshe is placing an order, but she was not. The male then tells her that I need to place an order. So she looks over to me,already knowing I was a customer, ready to place my order. She then says, "oh yeah" then giggles. Very unprofessional and it'salmost as if she wanted me to say something to her. It wasn't a laughing matter, so I was unsure what all three were laughingabout at the time. It seems that no one cares of the disrespect given but once received, it's an issue. The food was not fresh. Read more

Check your food!!! I regularly stop by this Wendy's during the work week, and have learned to check the food because it's not... uncommon that requests go ignored. Today's mistake was much more concerning, opened up the sandwich prior to leaving and wasgreeted with a mold spot. The staff provided another bun, of course. But it doesn't seem as though anyone cared to check theother buns to make sure they were safe to consume. Read more

Great food and service - definitely on brand for Wendy?s. We stopped by for a quick dinner last night and dined in rather than... taking it home. It looked like the staff may have been in the middle of cleaning things up because a few things were alreadybroken down for the evening. I had the spicy chicken sandwich as did my wife - both were fresh and tasty. The fries were so hotI actually had to let them cool for a bit. Read more

Half of Large Chili. This location is horrible. I enjoy Wendy?s Chili. However, for the past year of visit I have received... less than what the serving calls for. Please fill the entire bowl! I ordered a number 1 with no cheese and no pickles through the drive thru. Below is what I got instead. I called to let them... know that I received that wrong order. The Manager claimed that there?s nothing she can do about it. She denied my request fora refund and hung up the phone on me. I tried calling back several times with no answer. She may have blocked me cause the phonedidn?t ring at all. Then she called me back stated ? I?m the kind of people that God is going to punish?. I responded ?
