This place has gone downhill fast. Tonight we didn't get everything we ordered, what we did receive was incorrect and the... cheese sauce cup we ordered was poured in the bag rather than in a sauce cup. The people who work at this location are truly thebottom of the barrel. I want all my money back and we won't be back. Read more
If I could give this place zero stars I would. It's the worst freaking Wendy's i have ever been too. Horrible customer service.... Paid for stuff not even in our bag multiple times. Will never shop her ever again. They are absolutely horrible. Also we liveright down the street and it's on our way home. I wish there was a way to get this place 0 stars. The lady taking orders at the window was on her phone the entire time and... can't get an order right. when I went back to confront the manager she did not like what I was telling the manager thenthreatened me and refused to give me my money back. If you're planning to go to this location I wouldn't the manager doesabsolutely nothing for the customer as she stood there and did nothing. and if anybody from corporate sees this I would reallylove for y'all to reach out to me and I can give you the play-by-play and y'all can go back and look at your cameras. this is byfar the worst service I have ever received at any restaurants.
