I have not eaten at Waffle House since before Covid started. Some locations have great servers, some do not. My server today... completely forgot about me. I had to go the counter and inquire about my food. Other servers had to go find her in the back ofthe restaurant to check on my order. Then she comes up and hands me my order and states we are out of silverware. Wow, poorcustomer service at it?s finest. I will probably stay for a couple of more years again to see if the service improves. Read more
This waffle house is clean, nice and has terrifcly friendly staff. Same great menu and a team of servers and cooks who can keep... up with the rush and serve delicious food. The jukebox is always playing and the mood is always positive. Read more
This place is a family favorite. This location in particular has good cooks and it?s very clean. Everyone is friendly. Sometimes... at food places you get servers that really don?t want to be there and it shows. But here people really care and help each other.Usually when I go in staff is in a good mood with the music playing and the atmosphere is uplifting. I wish all places could belike this. The prices are good and you can get a decent amount of food cheaply. I usually get one of the breakfast platters orTexas toast. Advertise open 24 hours. Went by last night just after midnight, doors were locked, an employee walking through the restaurant... ignored the fact that I was wanting to come inside, kept walking away from the locked door and would not make eye contact.Because of their actions, I assumed they were closed, got in my car to leave and there were several other employees standingoutside the back of the restaurant.
