We had a future scheduled large order for ~30 people. Since it was our first time ordering from Vito's, we were actually nervous... whether the order would be correct or would be delivered on time.. Highly recommend!!! We placed a catering order and not only was it timely, but it was hot and fresh! Something had happened on... the website when I ordered (no fault of the restaurant, it was a third party) and one of the dishes didn't arrive. I called therestaurant and spoke with Rubin-he said so sorry about that, I will run it to you right away. Wish there was a place for no stars. The owner is quite rude. Laughs at his customers with concerns. There was glass in our... pizza and when we told the Owner he mentioned that he was glad he has insurance because these things happen. Never apologizedand told us he would only give $10 credit. We spend at least $70 every other week here. This is the third strike. One timetotally wrong order and another order had hair in pizza which the owner was not apologetic for. We always believe things canhappen and been willing to look pass but his response to my child biting down on glass was horrible. No excuse. I am happy shedid not swallow the glass because then we would?ve had to go through the restaurant insurance per owner. Again still have notreceived apologie. When one has so many good local pizza places nearby, it behooves one to try them all. Tonight we stopped by Vito's to give them... a go. We had mozzarella sticks for an appetizer. I order a medium Caprese pizza that's a white base pizza topped withmozzarella, ricotta, tomato's, basil and a swirl of balsamic. I've never had balsamic on a pizza before. Was tasty. Good crustworthy of dipping into good marinara. The place looks to be remodeled and recently too. Looks quaint and feels cozy. It's asmall place, but look them up. Terrible first and last experience. $4 for a two liter drink and it came room temperature. This should have been refrigerated.... The vito's special pizza for $19 for a medium had sparse toppings. It is supposed to come with extra cheese. See the picture andjudge for yourself. Read more
