Called into place an order for a bowl for someone that is ordered all the time?Enough so that the team usually stops me... mid-sentence to complete because they?re used to it. The manager gets on phone and states that taking an order or a regular is?VERY INCONVENIENT during their busy lunch time.? She knew the order by heart as well, but wanted to act as though she didn?tbecause she apparently couldn?t be inconvenienced with doing her job? She was incredibly rude considering this is a bowl for aregular/loyal customer ordered multiple times a week/month. Asked for her name, and she didn?t want to provide it- even moreinteresting. Not someone to leave reviews but this store and business truly deserves one. Ordered from here two different times through Uber... Eats for pick up and have been amazed at their food. I redeemed my free birthday acai bowl reward (~$12 value) at this location and it was delicious as always. The cashier was... polite and even wished me a Happy Birthday. This store was very clean and in a very popular area with other cool shops. There isa parking deck and parallel parking spots nearby along with a wheelchair access ramp. Vegan and vegetarian friendly.Kid-friendly. Super healthy. I cannot wait to stop in again next time I visit the area. Definitely recommend. Read more
