The hot dog was good but the amount of food you get for the price is ridiculous. I got my 2.5 year old son the kids hot dog... nuggets with fries and he asked for more food after, which he never does. I have been wanting to try this place since I see it on TV all the time and I've seen so many locations pop up throughout... Atlanta. I came on a Thursday at about 2:30pm so I could avoid traffic and a crowd. I'm dieting so I had done my research priorand decided I wanted to try a Jamaican Jerk Dog since it was mad from chicken and didn't have too many heavy toppings. I wasworried that it might be too spicy but it was great. I also had a Lemon Berry Acai pop to drink. I enjoyed all of the uniquedrink flavors served here. It really made the establishment stand out. I noticed that they have a full bar and consideredgetting a drink but since I still had meetings to go to, I opted to hold off on day drinking. While talking with the staff, Ifound out that they will be having a big event for National Hot Dog day on July 21st with a DJ and things for kids. I definitelyplan to come back and hit up that bar. I am such a huge fan of the Hot Dog Factory in the Halcyon! The place gives off a home town feel because the staff treats you... like family. When it comes to the food I love the Hot Dogs but I?ll tell you that the wings are my favorite thing on the menu!Crispy and juicy, I can not resist getting them every single time. The customer service is offensively bad. They treated me like it was a chore to take my order. I just wanted the factory loaded... fries from their menu and they were confused. So after 5 minutes of confusion I told them to look at menu in the front. They hadto get help from another worker to put the right item. I also asked for ice and they refused and said I could only buy bottlewater. I got my loaded fries and the chili was overly sweet. I was so disappointed with the whole experience. Read more

Great deep fried all beef hot dog, the owner Izzy, was the server, he was into it! Now the Augusta Dog was awesome Pimento... cheese and bacon bits! The Detroit Dog with chili mustard and onion was artistically put together and messy, I?m a utilitarianand want my dog neat! Great experience will definitely put it on the rotation. This is my first time trying HDF at the Halcyon. The service was very friendly when ordering and they took my cell number to... text me when my order was ready. I ordered the Texas Rodeo and waited a few minutes for my order. I received my text, walkedup to the counter and was promptly handed my order. It was a very tasty hot dog ????.
