Ask the manager Jeremy from the Altamonte Springs, FL store why I'm giving this review. I advised him that my ham was burned and... I was so embarassed in front of my family when we opened up the ham and saw how black it was, it was not brown as advertised. Heshowed no empathy and was screaming and yelling talking over me and just overall was beating me beings mad. He asked what do Iwant? I said my refund and to never go back there again, he told me that he think it's best I dont either. Instead ofagain....#APOLOGIZING he got upset and didn't think about how I can write this review about your company and tell thousands ofpeople about my horrible experience with your company, I guess this company have no experience in customer service andshouldn't be operating. You DEVILS should be put out of business, you cant cook obviously because you advertise a cooked brownham not a burned black ham. I will be reporting you all to the BBB, thanks for the 1st time horrible experience, I guess yourcompany dont care about your reputation, just plain #IGNORANCE! Read more

Very unprofessional , I prepaid for a ham on line when visiting the store for the second time in Arlington expressway to pick up... my Ham . I was told they did not have my ham available to come back later . I spoke with the manager Aden he thought the issuewas funny when I explain to him I live 50 miles from store and could not come back. could you compensate with a substitute forsomething else. he said no . Absolutely ridiculous. The worst customer service experience in my memory. Ordered $180 worth of turkey and ham to be delivered... to my home last Friday in time for Thanksgiving. The turkey was delivered, the ham was missing - I have been on hold for theircorporate office for a total of 2 hours now (three separate calls) with no answer. This is the week of Thanksgiving; how cantheir call center be un-manned!? I will never spend another penny with this company and will be sure to spread the word to allof my friends and family. Placed order for thanksgiving meal to be shipped. Email confirmation said it will be delivered on the 18th or within the next... day which would be the 19th as of today the 21st I have not received the shipment I called customer service was put on hold thismorning for 37 minutes and 33 seconds finally hung up call back was put on hold again called the corporate main office. Thereceptionist told me she wouldn?t connect customer service and once again I was placed on hold. This is unacceptable servicenot to be able to speak to a live person I know they?re busy, but I placed my order weeks ago and my recipient has still notreceived it. I don?t suggest using them due to the poor customer service. Read more

I have been a loyal customer for years. I have not been able to enter the rewards program which was introduced lately. The "log... in" to my account doesn't work. The system does not permit me to use my password or change it to new one. I cannot reach anyoneat the home office. Don't forward info to customers until you are ready to handle. I am so dissatisfied! Wish I could put no stars. But, whatever. Anyways. I have blue hair, that?s not the problem for .. Wouldn?t hire me for... SEASONAL, unless I would take out my piercings. I have a nose one. Tongue. & my lip ( Ashley piercing) it?s called. I?ve had mynose and tongue done when I worked there before seasonal years ago. Like come on, discrimination. Wasted my time coming in foran interview. I was just treated very badly at the Dunlap/51st Ave Phoenix location. I waited patiently in line and the clerk assisted a... pre-paid customer who walked in the door after me. I didn't say anything to the clerk until I approached the counter, afterthe other customer left. I asked her why she ignored me and she said it's corporate policy to serve pre-paid customers beforeothers. I asked to speak to the manager who came out with an attitude saying that it was the policy of the company. No signsposting this policy anywhere. They wouldn't honor my coupon because they said the Golden hour to use them expired the daybefore. The manager and clerk were rude saying they had been up since 6am. I feel their customer service skills werehorrible. I've never been treated so disrespectfully. I won't come back to this location. Read more
