Wow! This is the best HBH I have even been to! The food was excellent (it's HBH so that's kind of a given!) but the customer... service was phenomenal. Greeted upon entering, assisted with ordering as needed, informed of specials, served promptly withorder being perfectly accurate, checked on while dining in, etc. The manager(?) was especially awesome. She was professional,polite and radiated calm positivity (no loud fake happiness nonsense). She adjusted to each customer - from in-a-rush businesslunchers to an indecisive elderly woman to a slightly rude/curt older man - based on their needs. Finally, she made time to sitdown and discuss catering opportunities with a family who was also audibly impressed with the place. I had to tell her what alovely store she had on my way out! So my grandparents got A Honey Ham here for our family Christmas dinner. OMG was one of the bestest one of all times getting one... here. Thanks guys. For making the best give. They gave my prepaid pick up order to another customer with the same first name variation only and refused to make it right when... my order was pick up for 3pm I received an e-mail at 11am saying thank you for picking up your order. Very poor customerservice from store associates and management. I ordered a turkey breast and sides and was only able to leave with the sides. Do not recommend. Read more

Picked up my Easter order and absolutely had the nicest staff...order was perfect and they even helped me with additional sides.... The young man who checked me out was so wonderful and polite. Really customer service that is few and far between these days. Read more

Staff is friendly!! They greeted me at the door, which was nice during the holiday season. Also I told them how many people for... dinner- who was a vegetarian, who was a picky eater, and they made recommendations (no pressure). I thank them for helping meplan my meal quickly and easily. Read more

We picked up a ham and sides for Christmas on Christmas Eve. It was super busy but surprisingly super organized. The staff was... warm and friendly. We were in and out pretty quickly. We tried some side dishes for the first time. Mashed potatoes and roastedbroccoli. Both were outstanding! We couldn?t get over how good the potatoes were. So creamy and tasty! And of course, the ham islike no other. Never a wrong choice! It wouldn?t be Christmas without a Honey Baked ham! Read more

Ate at this location today for lunch. The inside is like a small little cafe style dining area which was a very nice atmosphere.... There were several tables and high tops to choose from. I got the BBQ Smoke Stacked sandwich for the first time which was sodelicious! This may be my favorite sandwich now from Honey Baked Ham.
