So I was at the Avalon and decided I wanted the sliders. Ordered it to go. I specifically asked for no cheese and there is... cheese. On top of that you can see the quality of what I received. I didn't check my food before leaving (next time I will) sowhen I saw this it was already late. Called the next morning and spoke to a manager who was very apologetic and sent my requestfor a refund to corporate. Received in a few days. Customer service excellent. I will be hesitate to order take-out again.Quality control for many restaurants when it comes to take-out seems to be an issue. Read more

First time ever trying Bison. I was a little skeptical at first but after a chat with our friendly waitress I felt like I might... like it. The scenery was pretty nice along with the staff. They offer Bison Burgers or normal Beef Burgers. I got the Red RockBison Burger which was pretty good. I couldn’t really tell the difference between beef and bison, definitely worth a trythough. I had a bacon cheese burger it was cooked medium rare as I asked. It was really good the pickles they start you out with are... also amazing. I had some home made onion rings that were huge and some French fries. It was all very good. I couldn’t evenfinish the burger. It was too much food but it was awesome. Read more

This was my first time going to this restaurant and I must admit it was amazing! Tried their Caesar salad and Nacho's... both... were good. I was craving a burger with fries so I ordered the Ted's bison bacon cheeseburger with cheddar + pepper jack & 50/50fries & onion rings. OMG it did not disappoint!!!! The Huckleberry Margarita was also my most FAVORITE drink. We did have tosend back an order of bison short ribs. They were horrible so we substituted it for another burger but everything else wasabsolutely delicious. I highly recommend! Read more
Horrible experience. Called ahead of time and asked for wait time, was told 5-10 minutes. Took 45 minutes for us to be seated.... Another 45 minutes for food to come. Steak was asked to be cooked medium rare. After realizing it was raw, we sent it back andthey brought back the same piece of meat three minutes later, still not medium rare. Didn’t even give us a new piece of meat!Salmon was extremely dry, mashed potatoes came out cold and crusty, broccoli tasted bland and dirty and like they’d been leftout, even the Shirley temple had a funky aftertaste! Asked to have the steak removed from the check, manager came out and triedto argue with us about how it was perfectly cooked and refused to take it off the check. Was so disrespectful.
