I catered food from Tadka recently for Diwali and a recent home get together. We absolutely enjoyed the food. Abhi from catering... helped place the order, no reminder was needed and the food was ready at time for pickup. All our guests complimented on foodmultiple times. We went to buffet today. The buffet is bad. Plain white rice and chicken biryani completely got dried up. Curries are not up to... the taste and even the number of items they serve is less when compared to the amount we pay for each person. Owners shouldatleast take some responsibility in maintaining the restaurants. Read more
This place has really good food. I am from north India and I am vegetarian. My taste buds are hyper active and this place is... able to satisfy my taste buds. I have been to many places in US and so far they have the best food I have ever tasted in US inlast 8 years. Ambience and service is also good. They also offer Pan which is also really tasty. Went there for dinner and tried a la carte options, the food was tasty and great. Haven?t tried the buffet yet. Hope the plates... and the cutlery were more clean though. Same owner Inchins and tadka I believe. Read more
Beautiful place with great authentic Indian cuisine.
the decorations are good but the food taste is not great compared to other Indian restaurants in the area. the staffs are not... helpful. food is bland. no tissue or spoon available beside the dish stack..when i asked for tissue the staff took about5mintute to find tissue and bring to me. non veg items are full of gravy and have to find really hard for mutton or chickenpieces. desert items are also not tasty. the chef making dosa doesn't has any smile or welcoming attitude. i went for lunchbuffet with my husband and baby and asked if i can sit in a corner table because it is convenient with the baby stroller. thestaff denied to allocate the corner available tables and asked us to sit in the midway table. overall not good experience andfood is also not that tasty to attract me again. wouldn't go again and won't recommend to others. I wish I could give this restaurant a rating in the negatives. We were a party of 20 people and our family was the first one to... arrive so we decided to order something for ourselves. The first server told us that all 20 people had to order it at the sametime.(what he meant was that you could not order till all the 20 people are in the restaurant. Which meant that if you are thefirst ones you cant order any food till all of the people are present.). We asked for the manager who told us that what he meantwas that he doesn't want the food to get cold for the others. He told us that it was more like a suggestion while the servertold us it was a requirement. Read more
