New : Well, after hearing from a friend about a potential management change that had happened here, went back today. The food... and service have both improved indeed. The folks on shift had a real sincerity about getting the order right. Will go back againand check after a few days. Old : The food was absolutely bad. They put ground beef instead of chicken and had not put the billin the package as well. The service was really slow too. Portions and service have gone down and prices have gone up. At 1:22 today I was sent here by Doordash to pick up an order and the woman behind the counter told me to cancel the order she... was not doing it .Then doordash tried calling to request the order be made and the gal working refuse. I also tried to place 2personal orders and she told me no,obviously not wanting to be bothered to work! Crazy turning away good customers and ordersthey actually accepted then would not do. Ever since the remodel, you can never tell if they are open or not. Some days the drive-thru is closed off, others it's open.... But you can't count on open/closed reliability. They're really shooting themselves in the foot. Read more
They remodeled this location and somehow managed to make it feel even more cramped and claustrophobic inside than it was before.... Even the parking and ease-of-access is considerably worse. Astounding. Despite what Google Maps here may say, the Drive-Thru isclosed and marked off with construction cones, though they did not turn off the "drive-thru" option on the TB app to notifycustomers that they cannot accommodate such orders. I made an order for a simple burrito off their value menu. They thoughtwhen I said "no sour cream" that I *ACTUALLY* meant "no rice" and loaded me up with extra chipotle sauce I didn't ask for. Don'tknow how that happened; chipotle sauce isn't even an ingredient in that burrito! They then proceeded to fling the to-go bagonto the pick-up shelf like I was a trashy DoorDasher, despite specifying from the very beginning that I was dining in (which,again, is literally the only option here). The customer before me got a tray; why did I not? Then again, perhaps it's betterthat I didn't stay too long. To TB Corporate: have you seen these tables? Literal 1-person booths? Do you endorse this? To theYUM brand: you've got a lot to fix. I won't be back to this location in particular. There are better TB locations in the areawho know how to handle the app. Read more
Very polite staff and food was packed with care. The tables were not cleaned so I had to wipe it myself. But that's expected in... this job market. One lady also came asked if everything was OK and if anything is needed. Try this location, you won't bedisappointed. Read more
This location has a little construction ongoing, but is open inside and drive thru. Good food and fast service.
