STAY AWAY, this store will discriminate based on language. A family member was told at this store not to speak few words of... Hindi as that will offend other people. Really? What should offend other people is discrimination, Hindi is just alanguage. EEOC has stated that rules requiring employees to speak only English in the workplace violate the law unless theemployer can show that they are justified by business necessity. If you can?t do this to your employees, how would you be ableto do this to paying customers? What business necessity do you have where everyone else needs to know and hear some one else?ssandwich order? As you said - we would appreciate if you don?t speak Hindi ....I would appreciate if you put a sign on yourwindow saying - we discriminate and offend if you speak - and list all languages that you don?t like to hear. Maybe you want totake a look around and see that people are protesting against discrimination. Read more

This place is terrible. I ordered meals online. Drive to subway 30 minutes later. They didn?t even start the order and the lied... and said it just came through. Mind you- there are online time stamps when you submit. Then, my husband waits another 15minutes. They made everything wrong. Of course we don?t realize this until we get home. I call. No answer. I call again andsomeone picks up and literally just sets the phone down. I hang up. I call back. It rings 20 times and a fax picks up. I hang upand call back and demand a manager. I am now on hold again. Nothing is happening. Total waste of time and my day. Read more

UPDATE: The general manager reached me the day after my original post. He apologized, stated the changes they were making to... address the problem and offered me a complimentary meal. I took him up on the offer and had a perfect experience thistime. ORIGINAL POST (1 STAR): It was 6:50 p.m. on a Sunday. The sign read "open Sun 9 a.m. to 9 p.m." But when I went in, thelady told me they were closed. She said "no, we close at 8:00 on Sundays." Who knows when they're actually open. To think I wentout of my way to make this stop. Too many other choices to bother with this Subway. Read more

I didn't say anything because I'm a nice guy this this store cheated me today. I ordered a 12 inch cold cut with double meat and... they only put one and half meats on it. I stood there and watched her do it - and then wanted to charge me for double meat. Read more

We went in and my family member ordered for me. For my order, we read from a nutrition list for a chicken sandwich on our phone,... and then did my family's vegetarian burger. They assumed because it was vegetarian that mine was vegetarian as well. So we gothrough the entire process, and I guess neither of us caught it. Being the vegetarian my mom is, she wanted the chicken marked.So the lady making our sandwich got confused... She did both of ours as vegetarian. That's cool, a simple mistake. The problemstarted when this other employee came over asking what's going on. We told him the situation, and then he said we probably saidthe wrong thing. No apology or anything. It is unlikely because we're reading from a list. So then they scrap off the mayo andremove the patty, and recook it on my sandwich. We get done with the order, and because of it being uncomfortable, we decide toleave. As I leave, the guy is scrapping the condiments off the patty, and it looks like he is about to just put it back where hecame from. He looks angrily, and says, "WHAT!?". I stutter out, "Ar-are you about to put that back?" He said he is making it forhimself defensively. All in all, food is good, but there is a subway .5 miles away. Go to that one. Read more

Very bad experience with an extremely rude clerk. He ruined my good day. He was working on February 18, 2015 around 6:15 pm. He... gave me a wrong phone number for the manager, so he most likely gave me his wrong name too. Update: The manager Jay called me onFebruary 19, 2015 at 1:46 pm and apologized and offered me a free meal. He assured me he will address my complaint with theemployee, Darin. Your staff is not only incompetent and rude, but so is your management. I'm sure that you weren't trained to just give customers... whatever you feel like giving them and then insulting and embarrassing them in front of other customers. Then your manager comesout and says not to come back? This wasn't my first time at this location, but it will be my last. Judging by the many otherreviews that I've read about this location (Store #20904), I'm surprised that you are even still in business. Read more

I work near so i always come here for lunch, but I've seen a big change in the last 3 months, they have a new management now and... a whole new crew. excellent customer service and a very clean store, and i also saw the health department score which was 100.This is the first store with a score of 100 I've seen in a long time. Excellent job for turning this place around. i will alwayscome her for lunch. Read more
