Great burgers! Fries could use a bit of help so don't get 'em plain unless you want 'em that way. Can't beat the price for... what you get. Edit: Went again tonight around 6PM and apparently the Triple doesn't come with cheese anymore but they stillcharge you $7.99. Couldn't hear the person through the speaker, either. The food is usually good but this time I was not eating there. I walked in and there was a man doing some work, up in the... ceiling. Not a problem, things break down and need to be repaired. The problem was that he was working over exposed raw burgers.He was also standing on the counter next to the cook top. Then I asked the lady behind the counter if I could borrow her pen tomark the drinks. I need to know what drinks went with what food. She snapped and said it's on the receipt, all I had to do waslook at it. Since I don't look good in orange, I smiled and walked out. I found a pen in my car and did what I wanted to do. Read more

I was told by staff to use the kiosk to order. I ordered a shake and the system applied my birthday reward with a total of... zero. It did not give me a receipt. When I inquired about the shake I was told by a very rude employee that I had to order theshake but not on the kiosk. This employee was extremely rude and could not understand that the kiosk did take the order. WhenI tried to explain to her that this should be brought to someone?s attention to be corrected, she then refused me service in themost unprofessional manner. Finally another employee brought me the shake. This rude employee actually said that the kiosk wasnot her concern and showed total lack of understanding of the problem. I am sure this employee is rude to many people and iscosting this company lost revenue due to her ignorance and bad attitude. Read more
