Found this inside Kroger. This one is one of the smallest Starbucks I visited. Snack and drink choices were also little less... when compared to other joints. I had a brief wait as I entered. Batista was away on some house keeping tasks. Once she cameit's quick and easy. Few seats are also available if you are looking to relax and enjoy your drink. I am giving a 4 ratingbecause the cleanliness needs improvement. Not sure about footfalls, if good number they can add more options in snacks anddrinks. Read more

I?m giving this 2 stars because there was one girl working there that was super sweet. There is one older women, my receipt says... her name is Saina, but I saw another comment say her name was Shannon, but either way, she is SO extremely rude. I?ve gone thereonce and that was today and I can promise I will never go back to that location as long as she?s working there. My coworker sayshe has also had awful experiences with her. I?m never one to complain, because I understand people have bad days, but ifsomeone is just so rude for no reason and my coworker has had many bad experiences with the same person on different occasions,I can?t hold my tongue. There is a rude older women, glasses, who?s named Shannon, seems to always have an attitude. She has me wait while she slowly... cleans the counter, doesn?t smile, gets impatient with me a few times when I ordered in the past, throws my bagged food on thecounter, and just seems so unhappy and just ready for me to get out her face. I?m getting a bit uncomfortable. Her wholedemeanor is off everytime I go there and she?s working. Other family members of mines have experienced the same bad customerservice from Shannon also, so I know it?s not just me. Other than that, everyone else is friendly. Very speedy service and great coffee. Would definitely go again.
Just waited for 10 minutes at the counter and the kid working never even glanced my direction. There were 2 other people there... who also left without coffee because the lack of service. It took him the whole 10 minutes I was there to pour one cup of coffeeand the person waiting for that waited 15 minutes. He should be fired. Read more

Same as the previous reviews, Shannon is rude and has an attitude but the black woman who I believe may be African is always... very nice. Not sure why they would let Shannon keep working there with multiple complaints about her. Read more
