The Barista that was named Martin while I was there, was very disrespectful to me and my family. He called my wheelchair bound... husband a 'Hot wheel', he than walked behind the counter and pushed my husband away which prompted a fight between me and him.He than started yelling about "I'm autistic, that's why I did it." I have autism myself, seeing him embarrass the disabedcommunity really made me feel terrible about myself, my husband, and my child. He than looked over to my son, who has a feminineappearance and said some really hurtful things like the 'T-Slur' and 'Be a man, look a man'. After I told him to get back behindthe counter, he did so but than he began to spit in all of our drinks and throw them at us, threw up the middle finger, andlooked away. We did nothing to provoke him, yet he thought it would be a smart idea to not only be Transphobic but IndirectlyAbleist as well. I feel that, if Starbucks is an LGBTQ+ Friendly company and wants to keep up its good reputation, I suggest astrong word with this man, and possibly firing him and other employees similar to him to make sure that people don't haveterrible experiences like this again. The place with the worst service i have ever been. The girl was just rude and dont seem like working at all. Just right now i... got my order. After i told her the ingredients so many time she still didn?t get it right, so i showed her my phone with what iwant on it? she took one look and say nothing and ask ?ok what else?? ofc the drink came out wrong. I ordered vanilla sweet cream cold brew coffee. I could only get a hint of coffee because they added so much water. It is not... like that in other locations since I ordered many times. I asked for the remake. Batista told me it will be the same. Veryfrustrating. Read more
Barista needs more training, I asked for a latte with oatmeal (grande) and she gave me a regular dairy milk latte and it also... only had one shot of espresso in it when a grande is supposed to have two?.noticed it was not oat milk and went back to ask andshe said they were out of oat milk but didn?t even mention that when i ordered or asked if I wanted an alt. Just automaticallyput dairy milk in the drink. I could have had an allergy to milk ect and she would have caused me to get sick. Barista needs tocommunicate better Read more
Today got 2 frapuccino and a grande cappuccino. Cappuccino was nothing but a hot water ???? and thr was not even taste of coffee... in it!! Had the worst coffee of my life!!! Very disappointed with Starbucks Read more
Every Starbucks I go to I ordered a dopio espresso. The employees kindly add the cream and sugar. However to day at this... particular location the young lady who was wearing the the black history shirt ( No name tag that was the only identifyingfactor)decided that was not anything she was able to accommodate. Conveniently located inside Kroger so easy to get some coffee and shop. Service could be improved.
