At this outlet, I noticed an unique thing in outside seating area: a small bowl for pets with Bethany Bend words engraved.... Interesting thought: may be pets also like Starbucks and want to hangout with their humans. Coming to store: one side seating,other side offerings. Service is quick. I come to this location once every few weeks to work for the afternoon. Brooke is generally working on the days I've come in,... and every interaction I observe of hers is so positive, kind, and thoughtful. Brooke is considerate to her coworkers and thepatrons that come in. I observed her helping a new employee train the cash register, answering questions patiently and nevergetting frustrated, even when she was busy making orders. Brooke was happy to give two teens water multiple times, and evenhappily gave them a puppucino for their dog. Her patience and joy are contagious. Thank you for brightening my afternoons,Brooke. Beware, this is the worst location in the area for good baristas and service. The last several months, regardless of what the... drink is, it is made wrong. They repeat the order back to you a few times and still get the size wrong or the actual mix ratioswrong. There is clearly lack of experienced oversight and management with new employees. TASTE YOUR DRINK before you pullaway. Check it good! I asked for a black tea lemonade sweetened and the response I received was ?sweetened with what??. Whatwe actually got was mainly all black tea and a splash of lemonade, not sweetened. It was a waste of $5 because we tasted itafter we pulled out of line and didn?t want to wait 40 minutes to get it corrected. The cafe was closed for a repair and wecouldn?t go in. So another location made it right for us and told us they are getting so many customers from the Bethany Bendlocation due to these types of issues. I understand staffing problems and hour changes during this time, but where is themanagement ensuring drinks know how to be made? At what point does management take responsibility and work more hours to getthis right? This used to be a nice treat and it?s disappointing. I?m saving $ though! Read more

Lovely spot and great service. They ran out of cold brew at the end of the night and still whipped me up a great iced coffee.... Very friendly and competent staff, clean and well maintained. Chill vibe and lots of great merch, always end up buying a newglass or mug when I'm in town Read more

I've never had a bad experience here. I went just now and there was kind of a long line (10-15 minutes maybe), but when we got... to the window the lady was very nice and got me my drink and croissant for free! Free Starbucks!!! Read more

This is a great Starbucks. Watch out for that drive-thru line! Sometimes it backs up 20 deep! I definitely recommend mobile... ordering in the morning! Finals time can eat up all of the seating too. Watch the Live status, for sure. Read more
