The staff is very nice but the service is extremely slow, specifically the drive -thru.

I was driving through Alpharetta and wanted to see if I could get the same drink that I get closer to home, I advised and they... said yeah, we can make it. After trying the drink was nothing like what I asked for, the girl was really nice, and asked us ifwe had a few min to wait so she could try and make it, so we did but she was having a hard time.....the manager Griffin walksover and said we need to wrap it up because y'all were closed! I had no clue, it was still early and they were the ones askingus to wait......so I advised that was fine they could just refund me and we would be on our way.....Griffin stated that we couldjust tell any other Starbucks that we are owed money and they would just give it to us, or make us the drinks free........firstoff, that is not another stores responsibility.....and I am asking you, and you are not willing, why would another store!?!? This place is a mess. 11am Sunday morning. Out of all sandwiches, danishes, no egg bites. Machine jammed for mobile orders. At... least the drinks are good. That's why they get 2 stars Read more
I enjoyed my drink but not the service. There was a young, black-haired girl with glasses at the window which at first was nice... but she started talking on her intercom headpiece and was saying curse words and other gross, weird things to her other workers. The window was open so I heard everything. I'm glad my kid was on her tablet and couldn't hear anything. I don't know howkids act these days but it was very unprofessional. I won't be coming back. It's a smaller location in a busy intersection. The drink order was correct, but the place was not comfortable. It felt humid,... lights were shining directly on me, and although the place was nearly empty, I still felt cramped and lacked any sort ofprivacy. Read more
Great drinks. Parking can be a little tough as well as ingress and egress. Lots of space inside but could use some more study... space. Afternoon shade on the patio is really nice! Read more
Visited this location after hearing they?re under new management, store looked a mess, workers seemed stressed out, and no one... seemed happy. Griffin ran a tight ship and I?m sad to see him go. If your workers aren?t happy, your store isn?t running well! Read more
