The staff is very nice but the service is extremely slow, specifically the drive -thru.

I was driving through Alpharetta and wanted to see if I could get the same drink that I get closer to home, I advised and they... said yeah, we can make it. After trying the drink was nothing like what I asked for, the girl was really nice, and asked us ifwe had a few min to wait so she could try and make it, so we did but she was having a hard time.....the manager Griffin walksover and said we need to wrap it up because y'all were closed! I had no clue, it was still early and they were the ones askingus to wait......so I advised that was fine they could just refund me and we would be on our way.....Griffin stated that we couldjust tell any other Starbucks that we are owed money and they would just give it to us, or make us the drinks free........firstoff, that is not another stores responsibility.....and I am asking you, and you are not willing, why would another store!?!?
