Quality of service is inconsistent. I order on app every day asking for a splash of 2% milk. Some days I can not taste the... coffee for the huge amount of milk, plus the cold milk lowers the temperature of coffee to lukewarm. I tried returning the lastcup but they told me they could not take it back. I suppose I could have demanded another serving, prepared as I ordered it, andthen thrown the bad cup on ground. But that would be wasteful and mean. Why can?t Starbucks teach their baristas what a splashof milk means? My solution is to go with the Blonde Roast, which is mild enough to drink black. But it is the principle knowthat makes me angry! Read more
I came here on Saturdays and usually it is quiet. Good for reading books or working while getting a sip of coffee.
What can you say? It's Starbucks good and Starbucks pricey. This location is at the corner of Haynes Bridge Road and North Point... Drive next to the mall. We use the drive thru which moves quickly. Read more
The usual Starbucks experience. The place seems small from outside, but it has good mix of indoor, outdoor seating. Drive-thru... is an add on option. During my visit, it was less crowded, service was quick. Though I feel bakery items choices andavailability are a tad less.
