This one was horrible. Did not get my drink right and then gave me attitude when. I told her it was wrong. She said you saw... me make why didn't you say something I was like if you got it the first time I placed my order then I wouldn't have to watch youmake it. Then she dump out the drink and did not give me a fresh cup jut put my drink in the same cup. Never going back tothos one. Read more

I'm sorry to say but this was my first time at Starbucks. I'm not a coffee drinker. I was blessed with a giftcard so I figured... I'd use it. I wish I could remember my servers name, but she was so amazed that this was my first time there and she wanted tomake sure i was satisfied. She made me and ice coffee to a taste that was perfect. Not too strong. And the hickory smoke baconsandwich was delicious. I guess I can say I am now an official Starbucks customer. Read more

I haven?t been to this place in a while. The staff is extremely friendly and positive. The Asian cashier was very kind to me.... They seem like they are actually enjoying what they do. This Starbucks has quickly become my favorite place to study and chat. They make drinks efficiently and have amazing costumer... service. They are cheerful and welcoming and are the definition of service with a smile. One of the amazing staff members,Beanz, makes the experience 10 times better by making meaningful conversations and on countless occasions will bring me waterunprompted while studying to keep me hydrated. They?re never made a mistake with my order which almost every other Starbucks has. Their staff is wonderful. They?re also very... fast I?ve never had to wait too long for an order.
