I have visited many Starbucks locations. The is the only location where they tell me I am ordering the drink wrong. I order my... drink the same way at other locations and it is never a issue. Also, while waiting for my drink. One of the employees left theirmic on and you could hear him badmouthing customers in the store. I mentioned it to him when I got to the window and he got aattitude. Recently, I have been going to starbucks and not getting treated how I used to. There is usually attitude and it isn?t a very... pleasant experience. Very good Starbucks.....never screw up you payments or orders like so many do. It is always amazing to me that a place that 90%... of the patrons use the app that the cashiers don't know how to do the transactions......not at this location!! They are welltrained. Read more
Horrible always excuses why the coffee( specialty hot drinks) is watered down. Cheese Danish( any product warmed/ toasted)... always with burnt ambers( deadly for ingesting( take a moment, especially if you have eaten like this for a while ,it attachesto organs and eats at them or becomes part of the organs ..you start to have problems..) They are lazy that they can't clean outthe oven...LAZY. NO EXCUSES DEMAND BETTER!! Read more

It?s hard to imagine how chaotic and disrespectful this Starbucks location has gotten. We live down the street and have been... going to this Starbucks every morning since we moved here 3 years ago. The experience I had this morning was one for the memorybooks. After patiently waiting in the drive thru and picking up my first drink (grande black coffee) I was asked to pull up tothe patio for my second drink (iced american). I was surprised given the relative simplicity of these drinks, but I obliged. Ipulled up to the end of the driveway and as close to the patio as possible without falling back into the drivethru line, whichat that point had looped around back to the drivethru exit. As I sat there waiting for my drinks, I saw the cars behind mereceive their drink and pull up to leave, only they couldnt because I was the furthest car up front (per the direction of theattendant). I started hearing horns and I continued to nudge forward and to the side as much as possible without falling backinto the drive thru line and blocking new entrants. Eventually the barista came out, carrying my iced americano and an attitudethat would have you think twice about her experience in the service business. She yelled at me for not being pulling around tothe other side of the patio, despite that being the same line as the drivethru cars, and I told her, sorry I will do that nexttime and she responded with ?next time you wont get yo drink!?. Completely shocked and holding up the line, I didnt know how torespond so I drove away. It?s Ground and Pound coffee from now on! Read more
