While I don?t mind the watered down smoothies, I did not like the customer service today. I understand they typically hire... teenagers (we?ve gone quite a bit), but today was especially rude. When my daughter and I walked in, both ladies did not say aword, nor did they immediately serve us:( one reluctantly came to the register while still texting and when she finally put downher phone, still said nothing. I had to say something to her. After repeating twice that I wanted a small, she asked what size Iwanted and still gave me a medium!! Again, totally understand hiring teens (that part is awesome), but still hold them to highstandards. Put the phone down when customers enter and acknowledge customers when they come in. Our smoothies were delicious! The service was typical teenager service. Service alone would be 3 stars at best.
This store puts far too much ice in the smoothies and I almost think their motive is to save on ingredients. Because they add... far too much ice to my smoothies every time I go (I go much less now bc of this), I politely asked the employee to go light onthe ice, and I think out of spite, he went heavier! My three smoothies were super pale pink and completely diluted andflavorless. I don't even know what else to say except that this location, especially, has lost a few customers. POOR QUAILITY AND HORRENDOUS SERVICE I guess I could?ve save myself some hassle and disappointment if I had read reviews before... trying this location. I?m such a huge fan of Smoothie King. Recently while my mother was in the hospital for 15 days I got dailywarrior smoothies for my brother and myself at a different location every single day to make sure we got some nutrition. Mydaily warrior ordered today from the crabapple location was as others describe water down, week and no flavor. I grabbed it onthe way to work for breakfast and was very disappointed and frustrated and when you spend eight dollars on a smoothie you?dlike to actually enjoy it. So on my lunch break decided to swing back by thinking that it was a mistake and they would make itright however the girl working the counter claiming to be the manager just sneered at me and asked why did I drink it? Seriously? I let her know I had nothing else to eat so I was forced to drink it but she just looked at me with a smirk on herface. I was so shocked to be treated this way especially given the amount of money I have spent at Smoothie King over the lastseveral years. To make matters worse I was informed that there was no way to contact the owner and when I asked for the phonenumber of the store so I could contact the owner I was told that they did not have a business phone. And was just so amazed howrude, belligerent and unhelpful the so-called manager was to a customer and very disappointed in the poor quality. And the mostdisappointing is this location is on my way to work and thought it would be my go to for breakfast, I will have to go out of myway to find a different location or simply make a different choice altogether. I wish I could give less than one star. Literally just paid $9 for a cup of air. If I wasn?t on GA 400 I would go back and... return this. Please don?t let new employees make drinks if they are not ready! I will never return here and my staff and I orderfrom here once a week. Horrible experience!! Wasted 15$ on ice!! Bought two medium smoothies that had zero flavor. And then was told by the ?owner?... (used site to make a complaint) that this doesn?t usually happen. Wow obviously seeing these reviews... it most definitely does.Someone needs to retrain these employees how to make Smoothies the correct way. I love Smoothie King, but this location ishorrid. Gives Smoothie King the brand....a bad name. Read more
Depending on who the staff is, this smoothie king is fantastic. One girl was nice enough to give me a dollar off just because I... asked her to surprise me on my order. Be careful of pulling out of this parking lot during traffic hours though, because rudepeople may make it difficult to get on the road. Read more
