Chris is not a good manager. Jesus I'm a single mom and accidentally sent my daughter order to another store on the mobile app.... I asked him can just cancel the other store order and pick up the smoothie from his location and he refused like I did not meanto send it to the other store but I could call them and cancel it and just pick it up so I don't have to be late picking up mydaughter because I give her a smoothie every Friday I think it's just horrible customer service one smoothie mistake is notgoing to kill his store please work on customer service cuz I'm very upset yes I did make a mistake but I'm in a rush sorry Ididn't mean to do it but God. I came in at 8:45am trying to stop by quickly before I had to go to work and the door was locked while all the lights and ?open?... sign were on. I called the store phone number to ask if they were open and they said yes and suddenly 3 girls appeared out ofthe back room and unlocked the front door. This is my go to Smoothie King location. I always order the peanut power plus smoothie with strawberries. It tastes just like a... peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Also, the staff is always very polite and accommodating. I recommend Smoothie King to anysmoothie lovers out there. Read more
Service is usually slow when I come. If you?re in a rush I don?t recommend because of the timing. But taste is great.
