Frankly I wanted Burger King, but it seems Shake Shack took over the building (haven?t been to this side of town in a while). I... went in because I was starving and didn?t want to keep driving, and I had heard the hype about this place. Experience: Had touse a kiosk to order? Spent over $20 for a burger, fries (I did get cheese fries), and a sweet tea. Took about 10 minutes to getmy food. At checkout, the kiosk asked me to tip the team? FOR WHAT!?? The only interaction I had with anyone was the guy thathanded my food to me at the counter! Food Quality vs Cost: Burger King should have stayed? This should have been a $10-$12meal, TOPS. For comparison, I had a double Southern Burger from Jim ?N Nicks BBQ earlier this week, dined in with an actualserver. It cost $12.99 plus a couple dollars for a drink. After tip, I spent the same amount and had a far better experience andquality of food. The staff are otherwise great. This is a pricing and business model issue. Read more

Although Double shack and salted caramel shake were too much for me, they were clean and nice. For future reference, I will go... with a single and reg milk shake without fries. Read more

First time here, you order at a kiosk Or counter. Wait time was minimal and the place was pretty crowded, food and service was... very good andchad a great selection. They offer a large outdoor dining area as well as inside. Read more

We've been here probably 20 times? It's one of our go-to fast food restaurants. Great place to bring our toddler and have a... relaxed meal. Plenty of seating usually, pretty clean, lots of parking. I honestly am surprised reviews aren't higher. We rotatebetween the beef burgers, and the chicken sandwiches. Read more

Not bad, niche maybe. All about the burgers. Fries were disappointing but the shakes are ok. The burgers are the ticket item... I think. Impressive how they can be juicy and crispy outside both. They have perfected cooking fast food burgers. It would benice to have them bigger, more toppings like a restaurant. Very pricey for fast food, cheap for restaurant quality, if how iscooked is the most important thing. Read more

The quality was okay. Definitely not worth the price for what you get. One of the burgers was barely cooked and the other was... cooked well done. The patty?s are like non existent. Like this was not a meal. Maybe a snack. The fries were very verybland. And they have overpriced drinks for the amount of ice they put in it. $3.29 for sweet tea! I would definitely go tofive guys , burger fi, or teds for a better burger and price and quality overall. I have also been to the shake shack atperimeter mall probably a year ago and the size of the burger was much bigger and the fries were way more tasty. I hope thisplace gets better, but I won?t be back any time soon for the price and amount we were given. FOR REFERENCE: The burger that isnot as cooked was a double patty The well done patty was is a single. Read more

Main impression is not worth $9 just for the sandwich. But quality was good. Taste as expected. 25 min wait.

$25 for 2 single patty burgers, 1 order of Buffalo fries, 1 small drink, 1 large drink = overpriced for what you get. We left... feeling like we just had a snack and not a meal. You can go to Burger Fi, Lucky's Burgers, or Five Guys and get a morefulfilling meal for the same price or less. And on top of that, the burger was burnt. I've heard a lot about Shake Shack butcompared to other Burger joints, it doesn't live up to the hype. Read more
