They prepare the teriyaki chicken fresh as you wait, and it's delicious when completed. Good price point as well.
On a Thu evening (Oct 2022), the mall was so empty. They had 3 employees staffed (seemed to be over staffed) with one employee... just handing out at the front of the store wiping the counters. There were very few customers at the whole food court . I hopethey get most business on weekends otherwise I don't see how a business can survive with 3 staff and barely any customers.Current price for the Chicken Teriyaki special is at $8.69 (the box size was much smaller than years ago). This location has gone way downhill in service over the past few years. I was a loyal customer until today. I had completed a... frequent guest card recently and used it today to get the free Chicken Teriyaki meal. The cashier charged me $3.75 for a bottleof water, which is supposed to be part of the meal (see pic). When I pointed at the picture and said it's supposed to beincluded, she said she would have to get the manager. The manager then refused to include the drink and even refused give me acup of water. He also said it would cost extra for fried rice instead of white rice. Then he argued with me about chargingextra for sauce on the chicken. I was like, how much are the chopsticks? Rude way to treat a loyal customer. I won't be back.Too many other choices in Perimeter Mall. Read more
