I would have given 5 stars but the backs of the cloth seats were nasty... Food was great! Shish kabobs were so tender and had... great flavor! Rice was well cooked and with the saffron added was quite a delicious flavor. Everything ordered came in areasonable time. Our waitress was very attentive and well mannered. Read more

Honestly it hurts to write a bad review for this place, every inch of my heart wanted for this restaurant to be perfect but it... wasn’t. I heard a lot of great things about Rumi’s kitchen and I was very hopeful. Unfortunately our waiter was so confusedand unprofessional. I asked for ice almost 3 times. Our food came separately. The presentation was 10/10 but my rice was roomtemp cold. We asked for sumac and salt and received salt and pepper. Had an excellent dinner with my mum. Mori was our server and she was fantastic. Very friendly, knowledgeable about the entire... menu, and made great suggestions. AHMAZINGGGGGGGG. This place is truly amazing. The vibe and location of this place is incredible. It has a luxury look but a cozy... feel. Our server was well versed and knew the menu thoroughly. They had an indoor and outdoor area to eat as well. The drink Ihad was lovely poet and was spot on! I got the sheshkabab dinner and my friend got the salmon dinner, with a side of veggies. I so love this place. I've not everything on the menu but from the meals I've had so far this place is the bomb for... Mediterranean food. I always get the Labne app= strained yogurt w/ az'atar and olive. It comes with homemade fresh pita bread,the best I've ever had outside of the Mediterranean area. Also had the smoked eggplant...amazing! The lamb Kabob was out ofthis world full of great herb flavors and cooked to complete perfection. The quality of the lamb meat was 1000% game on. Andthere is so much portion you can't eat it all so share or take home. I always sit at the bar so I can't speak to the tableservice but the bar tender is amazing, friendly helpful with the menu and is 100% on top of things. Atmosphere is really laidback, big open space with lots of seating but call ahead as this place is packed every time I come here for lunch. They haveoutside seating that is really nice as well, have heat lamps for cooler days. Parking is hard, it's the Avalon. Good luck withthat piece but well worth it. We had an amazing experience at Rumi’s Kitchen. Ali R and Sara did a great job taking care of our table. My husband invited... his Aqua therapist to this exquisite restaurant, and Ali R made us feel welcomed with his fast and professional service. Theservice was above and beyond. Our guest enjoyed the scrumptious food, the place, and the service. We would definitely come back,bringing family and friends to enjoy Rumi’s Kitchen as well. Keep up the amazing work! Read more
