My favorite ramen place in the Alpharetta area! Whenever I?m in the area I love to pop in to Ramen Bar by Hajime. I had their... Tonkatsu Ramen bowl - my usual. I appreciated that the broth had clear notes of the ingredients, the egg was soft boiled (albeit... outside was tough), and the pork was actually seared and crispy even after being in the broth.
