I hate leaving reviews especially bad ones for my regular spots . But the guy who is always there (bowl cut with glasses) not... sure if it?s the manager or not but he really needs to work on his attitude. I would leave a tip if he at least say ?goodafternoon? or something to acknowledge the customers. Not the first one to complain and I sure won?t be the last. He always hasan attitude and honestly someone needs to train him in customer service. I feel bad for him but I also won?t leave a smile orthank you if his energy is also negative. Amazinggggggggggg I love these fries so so sooooo much!!!!!!! Only downside is the line can be long but its sooooooo worth it.... They always make it fresh. Not reheated or anything! They?re definitely one of those foods that targets itself to pot heads likemellow mushroom. I always get the sour cream and onion flavor but they have so many more options! 10/10 WILL recommend!!! By far the best fries I have ever had. I have dreams about the sour cream and onion flavor ones. They are hot oily, crisp, and... well seasoned. We don?t even use ketchup with them. Well worth the wait, which is admittedly always significant. We go to themall just to get these fries. Read more
Your food is awesome but Victor (at least that's what he said his name is) at your north point location needs a little Customer... Service etiquette!!! I thought you guys open at 10... he told me to come back at 11 cause he had to clean something. Also therehas not been a time I've come, and I do come often, that he hasnt been on his phone while taking orders, cooking or cleaning.The food is great dont get me wrong but his Customer service needs a little more work!!! Bad customer service! I was in line by 11:03am and was ignored til 11:06am I was told to come back in 10 minutes because he guy... behind the counter was still doing his opening chores. They are not freshly made fries: they are frozen and fried again before serving. Definitely taste good but pricey for the... portion we get. They name it as Jumbo, Mega and Giga but quantity is not that much for the price we pay. $6.90 for mega friesand regular fountain drink! Read more
Like something out of an 80s gimmick mall, not that I'm complaining. A unique experience and a perfect shopping snack.
