Came through the line last night , it was about 5 cars ahead of me . By the time I got to the window i paid for my food and... still waited about 10 more minutes to get my food . The young lady at the window was nice but my food was not fresh at all! Iordered spicy $6 box with the Cajun rice . The chicken tasted like it had been sitting there since the morning ! The Cajun ricewas dry and hard. taste like it was old . Maybe it was because I got spicy because the person with me got regular and it wasfresh but either way spicy should have been fresh too!! Let's be clear, my visit took place at 9:00PM on a weeknight but the drive-thru was open until 10. It appeared that there was... only one person working at that hour so service was glacial. There was a long line and it took 30 minutes to get to the speakerwhere you would order. After waiting another 3 minutes, we left the line. Staffing shortages are everywhere which I understand.The part I didn't get was why then keep the restaurant open that late. I felt bad for the guy working that night as I'm sure hewas stressed but I would have rather pulled up and found a sign that apologized for being closed. Read more
First time trying out Popeye's in the US and it did not disappoint. The 3-piece classic chicken dinner meal was well prepared -... served hot and tasted great. I would have rated them a five if not for the long line due to staffing issues. We will come backfor the chicken sandwich :) Read more
Food is good but worst service ever! You literally have to wait hours to get your food regardless you do drive thru or delivery.
So I?m giving this store a 5 ?? for the simple fact that it was being manned by 1 person (MJ) who had a great attitude and was... multitasking throughout the store. Horrible food!!! It was the worst food I have had in a very long time!!! Breading on shrimp was very hard and the shrimp itself... was like rubber. The fries were cold and the mash potatoes were watery. The tea taste like it had been sweetened at least twiceif not more. Will not ever go back to this Popeyes again. I work hard to earn my money, to pay for food I can't even eat. It'sheartbreaking that businesses do not care about the customer anymore, there is no quality check done. They just don't careanymore. I went to the DRIVE THRU at 9:20 pm no one was there, the employee states ?We?re CLOSED? I stated. The store advertises 10:00 pm... close time. Her response ?Ma?am We are SHORT STAFFED? this was very unprofessional, and inconvenient for customers toexperience. Read more
Why every single time that I order and pay, this location has no CHICKEN! I've been extremely patient with this Popeyes...from... the poor restaurant service, lack of staff, and poor food quality. Who is the manager/owner? They were getting better but thendigressed. I can't wait until they open the other location in Alpharetta. Read more
