Pizza smelled bad, I nearly threw up from the smell alone. Manager was really sweet and insisted I take the pizza after... refunding so I took it to the nearest dumpster. Would not recommend this location due to the risk of food poisoning. Read more

I am sure Pizza Hut is experiencing labor availability issues like so many restaurants, so I am sympathetic to some performance... issues. However, what was so disappointing for my last order was the app said the order would be delivered in 40 to 50 minutes.I subscribe to the app and usually the quoted time is spot on and updates are timely regarding the status of the order. Thistime there were NO updates, the delivery was actually 90 minutes (not 40-50) and the pizza was 100% cold, not even warm. Theentire experience was very disappointing and has given us cause to consider other choices in the future. The last think I willpoint out is the pizza sizes have become ridiculous. The large pizza we ordered was a "medium" size at best. Very disappointing. Read more
Too bad I can?t give it zero stars! I ordered carry out online and when I arrived the employee came from the back and asked... ?name??- told him my name, he got my pizza, set on the counter and literally walked away. Ok, I get it... rude service but stillexcited about the pizza... once I got home I was disappointed to see that I had more dough than toppings (see picture). I don?tusually order pizza from chain stores, especially because I have gluten diet restrictions but thought I?d try it- big mistake.Will never order again. Read more
Food took an hour longer than we were told. When it did finally show up, the driver left the food on the ground, did not ring... the door bell or even knock, then left. After the website updated its status to delivered, I found the food sitting on theground with a 3 inch wood cockroach having a nice cold dinner.
