Absolutely irresponsible store owner. Only one person was left at the store to make all the orders. She had no help even to... receive calls or handover the take outs. I waited for 1hr 30min and finally requested to cancel the order since there was about15 people waiting in the store and orders still kept on flowing. Why is my carry out pizza super late from the estimated time, and the door is locked during business hours and I?ve been... standing outside with 0 acknowledgement. Had to ring the bell and was able to talk with someone inside they had a 22pie orderand wouldn?t be able to make my pizza till 30minutes (1hr past my estimated time). The person came to talk with me pizza doughin hand he touched the door with the pizza dough and flipped the dough and it touched his hair. This store ruined papa johns for me. In Alpharetta with friends for a kids soccer tournament, we got a hotel and decided to... order pizza. The app said 45 minutes, took over 1.5 hours and was cold when it arrived. We were .4 miles away. I would have justpicked it up. Now I won?t trust papa johns quality of the pizza and quality of service. The response from the manager was, theapp should have said 90-120m for delivery and that the pizza couldn?t be cold bc it is on their insulated bags. Just a badexperience all around: late cold pizza and staff telling me that?s what I should expect from papa johns. ???????? I wish I couldgive 0 stars. Read more
I was only 1 mile away from this Papa Johns. They brough my 3 pizzas cold. Estimated delivery time was 36-42 minutes it took... them over and hour and a half to get my pizza to me. It was for a birthday party. Very disappointing. I won?t ever be orderingfrom here again I?m always in that area. Read more
