You've got to be kidding me. The young lady who works here needs some serious training. I've encountered some very friendly... employees here, but have come across her at least twice and she's horrible. Bad attitude and will likely drive good customersaway. This is what she tried to give me tonight (never seen garlic knots look like this and they smelled like cheese). She gotan attitude when I asked about them and even worse when I asked for a refund and gave them back! She needs to stay away fromcustomers! Read more
Pizza promised to be ready in 35 minutes, but I waited an hour and a half. I ordered a extra large pizza, but I got 2 inches of... empty crust and very little toppings on the rest of it. I'll never go to this Papa John's again. The people working thereacted as if I was a nuisance when I tried to pick up my ordered at the multiple stated times. Read more
Driver pulled in front of my house never got out of the car or delivered the pizza, called the store said they would take care... of it, 25 mins go by and nothing, called back manager said person who said they would take care of it left with nothing done. Driver lied about delivering pizza!!! Then they say 90 mins later can get a pizza to you in 30-40 mins. Last time we orderfrom there!!! Read more

Not exactly a The Works I ordered and was expecting. Looks like a thin crust with added jalapeño. My brother grabbed some... slices, but still not the same as the regular Works. They said I get a pizza credit next time, but that means I have to call inand order. Not sure how they keep track, since they did not ask for my name or number. Maybe caller ID??? Read more
I use to live next door to this location, so whether I had it delivered or picked up I always received my order in a timely... manner. Since then I?ve moved further away, but when in the neighborhood I still order from here. Today we conveniently placedour order online, and within 15-20 minutes it was ready for pickup. Our pizzas were made to perfection, and tasted great! Thecashier was also very nice and provided great customer service.
