AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Papa John's at 5665 Hwy. 9, Alpharetta is horrible! My wife ordered two pizzas last night to be... delivered to our home, which is 7 minutes away. She ordered about 7:00 pm and was told the delivery would take place in 30-45minutes. After no pizzas were delivered by 8:00 pm she called the store, only to be told it would be around 15 minutes longer. She then called about 8:20 pm, and was told the same thing. Repeated the call about 8:45, and was given the same answer. At9:00 pm she called for the FOURTH time, only to be told by the manager, Andrew, that they "had lost the driver"!!! How do youloose a driver? When our son left our house at 7:00 am this morning, the front door was clear. When I took out the dog, about8:30 am, there were two pizzas in boxes at the front door, together with the Papa John's receipts. How do you deliver pizzasover 12 HOURS later???? The pizzas, obviously, went straight into our garbage cans. This Papa John's Pizza store is a completejoke. The store's owner/manager, as well as Mike Mestey the Director of Operations for Papa John's, need to get their acttogether. Read more
Service is fast, but pizza quality is not consistent. Cheese and toppings are not sufficient for the price being charged. I... shouldn’t see patches of no cheese, or slices with only a single thinly sliced veggie. Regular crust has become more like athin crust here. Read more
This location is about 50/50 on whether you will get an outstanding pizza or something that resembles pizza. Half the time the... cheese and toppings barely cover what would be the equivalent of a small pizza when ordering a large. Sometimes pieces havetoppings completely missing. So just know when you order that you are flipping a coin as to whether you will enjoy your meal. Read more
By far the worst managed store i have had to deal with. My food came with plastic fishing line type material I found in my... cheese sticks. Manager didn't know how to speak to anyone properly, then claimed to have refunded me and of course a week laternever refunded and has no intentions to do so. Probably refunded my money to his own pocket. Screw this store and papa johnshorrible customer service they are not people of their word. Keep the $20 you clearly needed it. Read more
I never have any problems ordering from Papa Johns. I used to get Dominos pizza all the time but after a bad experience I... switched to Papa Johns. And I got to say they never disappoint! Always amazing! Never cold. The delivery people are super nice.They deserve a lot more than what people give them. I will continue to order from here ?? I'm changing my previous review. I used to always have good experience with this location. They used to be really sweet. Placed... an order today at 10:00 PM using their own website. The website says they're open till 10:40 PM. I have bought pizza during thistime many many times before from the same location. I got a call saying they're only open till 9:00, so I was trying tounderstand why is that. When was this changed? I get a rude reply that this has been the case always. Then I ask why does thewebsite say 10:40, I got the most absurd answer that some guy is on vacation and he didn't have access to internet to update.I'm like what!!!? Read more
