This Panera bread should be closed. The manager was extremely rude - will never be coming to this location again. The food was... cold and the cleanliness is 0. Do NOT go here!! We asked for no bacon in sandwich because my husband was allergic and theyrefused to change it when it was a mistake on their end. I guess this place is trying to catch a lawsuit. Worked remotely here for a few days. Food was always as expected and served quickly. There was plenty of seating and the place... was very clean. Morning crew has it together and the manager is definitely leading by example. Highly recommend! Read more
LOL Updated 10/1/22? STILL AWFUL ???????? Absolutely terrible. BOTH of my chicken cobb salads had NO chicken even though we... weren?t informed that the ingredient was out. This Panera typically won?t follow up with you about a missing ingredient if it?sa pick up order. They will skirt around and HOPE you don?t check the bag. I messed up and didn?t look closely enough this timesince it?s been months since I have been back. Should have known better. No bacon on the mac n cheese I paid 1.29 extra for, nochicken on the CHICKEN cobb salad, super bruised apples, and terrible sandwich presentation. This is a really rough locationfor some reason - had a thought to go to Jason?s deli down the road instead and should have followed my instinct. Terribleservice and location. Original Post: I have been ordering from this Panera for over 10 years, but in the past year there hasbeen a sharp decline in service and food. I have had bad experience after bad experience. I always check my food now as therewere 3 or 4 orders straight where they would leave out the dressing for my salad, and when I come back inside to ask they actsurprised. I?ve had incorrect sandwiches as well as a time where I ordered and made multiple replacements to both my salad andsandwich due to out of stock ingredients. I drive to get my food, and they sprung on me that the bread I wanted was also out ofstock, so they elected to make my food with their bread of choice. Tonight was the last straw though. I checked my order, butnot thoroughly enough. Pull out my salad and there was a splash of dressing in the container. I start mixing it up and realizethe reason my salad looked a bit off is because there was no chicken in it! I ordered the CHICKEN cobb salad! I didn?t ask forreplacements and if they were low on stock, they should have alerted me! Food is good but they kind of skimped on my portion size. And no, I didn?t eat or alter this picture. This is how much I was... given. I even mentioned that the potion amount seemed kind of small and their response was that this was the amount that theygive everyone. Not much for $12.00. Read more
Been coming to this spot for years and had my worst experience ever this morning. The cashier in the front told me there were no... soups being served at almost 10:30 so I ordered something else. I looked around the corner and I saw a couple literally eatingsoups. She had a pretty bad attitude when I asked her if they were about to serve lunch yet and she said ? uhh technically notuntil 11? I asked the wonderful kitchen staff in the back and they were all so so so nice and told me they start serving at10:30. They never brought my order for curbside pickup. Ordered from App for curbside pickup. They should bring the order to my car... where I parked #1. I also updated I'm here #1 few times. I finally gave up to wait and just walked in. My order was not even onthe shelf. I spoked to cashier and she grabbed mine from under the kitchen counter. Ordered 5:52 pm Updated I'm here5:53pm Notified bring out 5:57pm No one showed up until 6:10pm Walked in and received 6:18pm Curbside pickup is not working inthis location. Do not even try. Read more
Never ever again. First I'm not sure why it defaulted to this location after I placed the order, when I choose the Woodstock... location. I paid $51 that included a $10 delivery tip. We ordered 1 signature sandwich, and a cup of Thai chicken soup. Also ayou pick two. Chipotle chicken and Thai soup. Chips and bread. Everything arrived and as ordered on time. The Thai soup wasbasically liquid. Very little ingredients for almost $7 per cup. My Chipotle chicken barely had anything besides the bread ( seepics) the one rating was because the food was actually tasteful and the chicken sandwich was full ,but it was barely anythingthere on the rest of the order. To be charged more on the prices for delivery but to receive less is deceitful and unethical. Times are hard and for people to spend their money with a restaurant that did not provide a service when charging more isheartbreaking. I will.never ever order from any Panerai bread again as this was one of my favorite restaurants ever. Read more
This location is in a really good area, across from the Northpoint Mall. I had the Mediterranean Bowl, it was really good no... complaints. Rather fresh and flavorful. I gave less stars due to the tables cleanliness could've been better, they're was ahomeless couple with alot of stuff out front coming in and out hanging around the beverages. The pastry section was lackingcompared to others but the brownie was really good. Outside of that we were able to sit down and eat our dish. Read more
