Love the concept of you creating your own food with the ingredients, protein and sauces they provide. All you can eat for a... reasonable price. Once you?re seated, you get a wooden stick with your table number and you can write your name on it, so thefood runners know who?s plate it belongs to. How it works: at the buffet line, you get a bowl and start adding your items (rice,pasta, veggies, spices, etc), you then arrive at the protein bar, you get a small bowl and add your protein (optional) of steak,chicken, shrimp, pork, etc... and next is your choice of many many sauces you can put on your bowl, next you can add spices likesalt, pepper, red pepper, turmeric and the list goes on..... once you?re done, you leave your two bowls on the counter in frontof the cook and you can go to your table. The cook will then cook your meal and voila.... your creation is delivered to yourtable. LOVE IT!!!! I experiment and eat something different every time.. GLUTEN FREE BROTHERS AND SISTERS, they have plenty ofoptions for us! They do a phenomenal job labeling each and every sauce with GF, V, etc... The service is great! Everyone isreally nice! Awesome place! Quickly became one of our favorite spots. I liked them when they were chow baby and I like them even more now... as my stir fry! Owners are awesome, very detailed oriented, and always striving to make your experience pleasant. I introducedthis place to my in-laws as well as other friends and it?s always a success. Owners always recognizes us and treats us reallywell! Personalized experience from the moment you walk-in. Here is the breakdown from service, to food, to overallexperience: Service - Good staff but the owners really make the difference in service. Always involved and oversee thingsclosely. Food - You pick your own and they will prep it for you. It can go either way, but the good news is that you can makeanother bowl at anytime and you can always ask for help. Overall - Once you get the hang of it, it can be as interesting as youwant or as plain and simple as you want. I Recommend this place, especially for lunch and if you don?t have to go back to work(as it is a lot of food) Negative feedback - It might take you a few tries before getting the hang of it. Soooo this is the old Chow Baby..... they changed the name and a few items on the menu, but it's the same concept. Write your... name and table# on a popsicle stick, go thru a buffet line, select your items and place them in a bowl. Veggies, fruit, carbs,meat/fish, sauce, seasoning and any extras like Roti bread (my favorite). Slide your bowl over to the chef who then stir frysyour masterpiece to perfection. It's perfect, because you created it. If it's not, then you suck at cooking. Lol.... if you'renot sure how to make something you'll enjoy, just ask the staff for help. Excellent place to go if you are craving for some stir fry. All you can eat, you need to choose your rice/noodles, veggies,... sauces and protein. You provide your name and table number at the time of handing over your bowl to the person frying yourselections. Your choices are then stir fried and brought to your table. There is also a good selection of beers and cocktailsyou can choose from. I would recommend to try multiple small combinations rather than a single big combination. That way you canexperiment and find a combo which you like. The staff is friendly and helpful with recommendations when you are preparing yourcombo. Read more
