I usually don?t go out to eat at restaurants because I?m very anti social. I often times have a difficult time communicating... with others, so I was a bit nervous. But to my surprise, the staff was supper kind. One staff member in particular made my day.I believe her name was ?Sara?. Sara spoke with me in a patient, kind, and respectful manner. She reassured me to take my timeand that there was no rush in me getting my order made up, because I don?t go out so of the so I didn?t know how to operate atthe unfamiliar environment. Dough is the most critical part of an excellent pizza, and although the pizza here is ok, their dough has room for improvement. ... The quality of the flour plays a big role in the flavor of a good dough and I feel like this restaurant isn't using the highestpossible quality, like a 00 imported. One other element affecting the flavor of the pizza is the gas vs wood pizza oven. Thereis a slight natural gas flavor in the pizza, which is present in a lot of food cooked directly with gas. Absolutely spectacular superb Spanish food. Having traveled throughout all of Spain, this restaurant and the chef captures the... essence of Spanish cuisine. The drink menu is wide and awesome.
