We waited at the counter for sometime but nobody seem to bother to take our order. We decided to do mobile order. We said them... we are ordering through mobile. After making the order they said the ice cream machine was down so it can't be provided anddidn't even repay the amount or gave any prior information that it can't be provided instead asked us to call the help desk thenext day to get the amount back. This is the first time visiting this location and got bad experience and also the first time weare facing problem with McDonald's. We referred the mcd website and as mentioned we took the order number to the next neareststore but they said it's different company and cannot deliver the order. Read more

After waiting in a long line, the fries were cold and hard and there was so much grease coming from the burger the bag was... greasy. This location is not good after 8 pm. Stay away from 8 pm to close. Before that they are pretty decent. Read more

Store visited: 5350 McGinnis Ferry Rd. Alpharetta, GA WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I visited on 8/14/2022 around 6pm. I went... through the drive thru and used a promo through the app for a free large fry and free large drink with a purchase. When Ireceived my order I noticed the fries were not in the bag and when I inquired about the missing item the presenter ( a younglatina female) was extremely rude saying that the fries were not on her P.O.S. register. I preceded to show her the app/promoand she just looks at me like a deer in the headlights, as if she was saying "what do you want me to do about it?". The manager(another latina female), she said her name was Janice (?) comes over and was very confrontational and rude, and again said thatthe item was not promoed on the register. I told her, to be a manager, you are extremely rude. I might expect that from ateenage employee, but not a manager. Stopped for sprite for a carsick child and just watched a Hispanic male worker deliver a curbside order. Before entering the... building he plugged one nostril and launched a high powered snot stream from his other nostril. He then wiped his nose and wentinside. Unfortunately I did not receive a sprite so I went back inside to exchange my drink. I notified the lady at the counterand she said ?sorry, I?m really busy? and walked away. I assumed she would be bringing a cup, but she did not. All the while,the male walked back inside and went back to work without washing his hands! I waited for a few minutes and a customer came tothe counter asking for the manager. The same Hispanic man came to the counter claiming to be the manager! She saw him snotrocket also and not wash his hands so she wanted to notify management. He got angry, and I was disgusted by this point and nolonger wanted anything from this place. I got back in the car and went next door to Publix and got my kid some ginger ale. Thisplace is Nasty and clearly has very poor customer service. Read the other recent reviews! Read more

Rude staff and lukewarm food. I should have sorted the reviews by ?newest?. Corporate needs to close this place until they can... implement a new manager. How can a McDonalds literally be so bad at everything and not even willing to make things correct? Read more

Watched the manager degrade a woman today who ordered and received the wrong food. He claimed she did not order it correctly.... She showed her phone and receipt, but he refused to give her the correct food. Then a woman asked for the manager and told himshe saw him blow his nose in his hand in the parking lot and he did not wash his hands before going back to work. The man yelledat her and told her to leave. There was a Mexican lady who was very rude to the woman who got the wrong food. She told thecustomer she was too busy with drive -through to help her and refused to give her the correct food. The manager, who supposedlydid not wash his hands, said his name was Alex, but I think he was probably lying. I will not come back here ever again based onthe treatment of the two customers today, poor customer service, and the questionable sanitary practices. Read more

Their website says that they have dine in but the door is always locked. The manager probably says that they can't get help but... the other nearby restaurants seem to find enough help to run the place. If the manager just doesn't want to fool with walk incustomers at least they could take two minutes and day so on their website Read more

They updated this McDonald?s, like they did with a lot of other locations. Interior looks friendly and modern now. Much better... than before. But unfortunately they removed the TVs. And while It looks more modern, they should clean the tables and the floora bit better. The restaurant was really empty, so I guess they should have been able to do some better cleaning. If you like youcan order and pay at a Self service Station. Or order and pay as usual. I ordered a large drink and some chicken tenders. Thechicken tenders tasted old and reheated. When I brought it to their attention, I got freshly made ones. The ice tea wasgood. Overall, staff was friendly and attentive. Read more
