We were visiting some friends in Alpharetta, GA this weekend (we are from TN, long time Marco?s patrons) and I ordered a pizza... for the kids and accidentally gave the wrong address for delivery ( missed a digit in the house number, friend?s house, mistakeshappen). After getting a notification of pizza delivery and no actual pizza for the kids, I called the store and explained thesituation, and with no questions asked we had another pizza delivered to the correct address ( I hope the neighbors enjoyed thepizza they didn?t order!). Love their pizza and the way the situation was handled, they will have my business for years to come!Definitely recommend! Read more

The pizzas are delicious, staff seems nice, deliveries are fast, but the crew can't seem to get orders correct. Twice in one... week my order was incorrect. The first time was through door dash and they made my pizza wrong. So the second time I triedordering directly through them via phone and specified the previous problem I had and to make sure order was right. The personwho took my order by phone repeated it back to me correctly, but when it arrived it was still wrong. Seems like whomever ismaking the food is not paying attention to detail and moving too fast. Maybe that why the deliveries are fast. I will try a 3rdtime but have to go into the store to see if that works better. I was offered a credit and they apologized, so I do appreciatethat. Just hope they fix this issue with their staff. I used to love Marcos! They used to have great food, punctual delivery, and accurate order... I just recently moved back after... leaving the area for three years, and it sure isn't the same. I got medium pizzas, wings, cheesy bread and some extras: sauces,dressings/dip, and crushed pepper... They messed up on my extras; gave me everything except what I asked for. I remember thepizza being better ' gooey cheese and crispy crust, but not today. It wasn't bad, but not what it used to be. Maybe it's thelocation; I used to go to the Duluth one on/near Berkeley.. Excellent service by the staff but pizza for 7.99 is NOT good at all. It was like rock, greasy on the top but really freshly... baked. We will not go to this location for any pizza anymore. Also tables were not clean, someone half eaten pizza on a table,someone footsteps on others table. These place does not keep place clean outside, I wonder what is inside kitchen. AVOID IT. Read more
I thought the pizza was good. Why I gave a 5 stars was the employee who took our order was very nice and helpful. Plus a little... fun!! I wish had got his name he said he was from another store. I definitely will come back. Read more
Really like the pizza but when the wait for delivery is consistently over 2 hours, it's not worth it. Literally live 2 miles... down the road. I don't understand why delivery can take so long considering other pizza places take 30 mins to deliver. Reallyreally sucks because the pizza is good but not worth 2 hours wait EVERY TIME. Read more
