Called in an order to this location and they gave me an estimated time to pick up. The woman on the phone was honest in saying... that they were short staffed and that there may be a wait time upon arriving. I was sent a link to pay for my order ahead oftime so that my pick up process was efficient. The food was hot, fresh and tasted so good! I was not in a good mood wen I got here, but my server (which I wish I could remember his name) was so nice & really made me... comfortable & wen I left, I was in such a better mood. He was attentive, but no where near overwhelming or ignoring me. Ireally appreciated his empathy. Thank you & the food was absolutely fantastic & he even remembered how I originally asked forwen I came in & ordered a coke with cherries & the cherry juice, not grenadine & a lime & b4 I left he made it in a 2go cup!! Longhorn serves midwest steaks and other high protein meals. Consistently done with good service. I tried the shrimp and... lobster chowder and was pleasantly surprised. Great flavor and a good sized serving. Check it out next time you are there. Read more

Loved the large ribeye steak with sweet potato meal from here. Family had a nice time and enjoyed the food. The service was a... bit spotty which is why they lost a star here. We got the wrong drinks twice and took a while for the meal to come. It?sprobably due the busy evening rush but still something to be aware of. Anyway I would go again for the steaks. We have eaten at this location about a half dozen times. They have a great location just off of GA 400 in Alpharetta. This last... time we ate here we had a mixed experience. They had a table reserved with drinks on it for the soldiers that died as Americaleft Afghanistan. We really appreciated seeing that. My wife wanted the French onion soup, but it has been very salty at otherLonghorn restaurants. She got a cup to try and see how it tasted. There was plastic wrap in her soup cup. Although the cocktails were delicious and beautifully presented, the food was extremely salty. I would go back here just for the... cocktails but that?s it. I did read a few reviews before dinner here, and almost all of them had some issue with food being toosalty. Trust my word and go somewhere else. Read more
