Really good sandwiches, bread is delicious, pretty fast service as well. A bit pricey for sandwiches but good overall.
food has always been good but delivery/customer service is unacceptable. my order was out for delivery for 40 minutes before i... got my food and I live 1.5 miles down the street from this jimmy johns. when I called (30 min after it was out for delivery) andvery nicely asked about my order, the employee on the phone said ?honestly we have our slowest driver out today. if he?s notthere within the next 10-15 minutes give us another call and I?ll call him and straighten him out?. you?re joking, right? soyour driver is just out there with my food somewhere doing god knows what and you?ll only call him to ?straighten him out? ifhe?s an ADDITIONAL 15 minutes late with my order? why does he even work there if this is so common for him? so much for ?freakyfast?. This location has never let me down. I always order through their website for pick-up. It's always waiting for me on the pick-up... order shelve to the left as you walk in with my name. My orders have always been correct and are ready for me in 10-15 minutesafter I place it when I get there. Once, the gal went above and beyond by walking up to me through the drive-thru line andproviding me with my order so I did not have to wait in line. Typically I love Jimmy Johns but I went here for lunch, and asked for mustard on my sandwich. I got to work to check and see if... there was any mustard of course there is not, which no biggie. However I do have an issue with opening up my sandwich andfinding a wad of plastic shoved into my lettuce. Read more
Ordered via UberEats. Manager called after I placed my order and said they were out of bread and didn?t have any drivers (even... though it?s UberEats the driver is done through JJ apparently). He said he would refund my $30 order. Checked bank statement andno refund. UberEats won?t refund since its 48 hours+ after the order. Lame. Contacting my bank to reverse the charge. Theservice was not provided / no food was delivered and I tipped in advance of the delivery. Read more
