Horrible guest service including from the owner and the driver apparently that was the owner as well. Communication error and... they did not handle it well. I work in the area and only have an hour break and love jimmy john?s! However the first time i came to this location, i ordered... online and got a sandwich and cookie. They forgot the cookie. Now today, I ordered my sandwich online name got back to work andthere were no mayo packets in there. Now i?m eating a dry turkey sandwich. I definitely will not be back to this location. Read more
The slowest delivery around. Their advertisement really needs to change. Freaky Fast is the complete opposite of this company.... Less than two minutes from my house ordered from here a couple dozen times and takes at minimum 45 minutes. Same spiel everytime. Driver will be there in 15 minutes. There are way to many options to choose from for food in this area. The franchisee andcorporate really need to reevaluate how this store is operated. Have decided to not order from here again. This Jimmy John?s location makes the perfect sandwiches; hands down. I tried many other ones, but they do not match up. Want... extra avocado on your veggie sandwich? You got it!
