I had ordered lunch for delivery through DoorDash. Order never arrived, DoorDash refused to take responsibility or make things... right. The manager on shift at Jersey Mike's was so kind and understanding and remade my order at no extra charge. Instead ofentrusting DoorDash, I picked the order up myself. Unfortunately this location is like the rest of American establishments... not enough employees. It's not owners nor staff... problem! It's the world in which we are getting accustomed to! Hello ex employee here if i was to get someones order wrong or didnt clean and i missed a spot id get fired. How is it fair... leland? You fired one of your emplyees for something simple it wasnt me because i quit because the dude wants to sexualizegirls. The drink machine didnt have ice and the drinks were flat literally it was warm the sodas were nasty. And you hiredbetter? We would have gotten yelled at if we left our stuff out like that. Jersey mikes has gone down hill and i hope it getsshut down. The bread was burnt and they didnt also have a gf knife and they decided to get an attitude. Also im allergic toseafood and if they touched tuna fish with that knife and i go to the er i wont hesitate to sue. Its 2:02pm and they shouldntstill be making bread if that was us still working wed get threatened that wed get fired. What do I love most about this location? The staff and customer service was stellar!!! In this day and time, that is so rare! ... Facility was very clean and food was yummy. I'm picky and they catered to all the details. The only reason that I didn't give5 stars is because this location doesn't offer chicken salad. Read more
