The veggie dumplings I got were tasty, but spicy! I like spicy food and can handle some spice, but these were near the top of my... enjoyable level of spice range. Go to other better place around, actually I should have checked reviews...there are plenty BAD reviews already by other... people. Had an awful experience at this restaurant July '22 I adore restaurants bcoz I respect that it takes a lot to cook &serve. Ordered a dish, and requested if they can replace beef with extra veggies. They said they can do that. And served a dishwith absolutely ZERO veggies - check picture (I actually had tipped reasonably well for the customization I requested althoughit is a fast food) Upkn seeing the dish (just a bowl of noodles fried in oil n sauce) I went back requesting some care, and theyare like - WE DONT DO THAT. And as I was talking to the person who took my order, another random person came from behind me,adding to the adamant behavior. I ordered the combo for delivery. so by the time I have my food the spicy fried chicken is no longer crunchy. The fried chicken... I would say has no taste. I also ordered the spiced pork dumpling, I don't like the smell of cinnamon or something that they putin there. It had with strong flavor to me. Read more
This was a very popular location at the food hall. There was always ongoing customers at this spot. The person up front was very... helpful and nice as this was my first time at the food hall since it opened. I opted for the 6 steamed pork dumplings. You canchoose from 6 or 10 quantity wise for the number of dumplings as well as if you want pork, chicken, or vegetable. It was veryfilling and tasty except I would next time opt for light sauce as it was a lot of sauce and it was very oily. Also, it?s kind ofpricey, as it costs $10 for half an order of dumplings. We ordered saute chicken with chili peppers (asking for less peppers) and was unable to cosume it...The chef literally poured... way too much chili pepper flakes onto the chicken making it inedible...I choked on the pepper. I also ordered 1 full order ofpork dumplings, they were also covered in pepper flakes. I was UNABLE to finish my food. Luckily my daughter bought food fromsomewhere else, so I was satisfied. I contacted the restaurant to let them know about the food that was uneaten (due to theKILLER pepper). In a hurry for a quick bite, I placed an online order for pickup, but when I arrived the tablet had not been turned on so I had... to wait anyway. Ordered a glass of wine for $12 and only got 4 oz.!!! It wasn?t even the same wine listed on the menu (retailprice $9) when I asked why they were charging more for a lower quality wine, the girl just shrugged. A very unfortunateexperience. Read more
