Firebirds has a really nice bar and fireplace area where you can enjoy good drinks and the food, of course. The drink and food... specials for happy hour are great! I enjoy coming here to sit at the bar or near the fireplace as it has a nice, warm, invitingyet contemporary feel to it. Service has already been on point as well. My friend was treating me for a dinner out so you know I was excited to try this place. We were seated right away. My friend... ordered a baked potato with crabcakes and slaw. She loved her dish. My main dish was pasta with shrimp, and when it arrived, Ifelt like two people could eat it, and be satisfied. It tasted scrumptious! I gobbled up as much as I could before my stomachwas full. However, chocolate cake was on the menu and I needed to try it. It’s called the big daddy and is a giganticchocolate slice with two scoops of ice cream and some strawberry jam. We made a reservation and were seated in a booth on request which was great. We got the lobster dip to share and there is... complementary bread. I got the jambalaya off the insiders menu and it was probably the best dish of the table. It came with achili bowl too. Overall the service was good and I enjoyed the Octoberfest beer too. Read more

I was in town on a business trip and had lunch with co-workers here. I was surprised at how busy this place was on a Wednesday... afternoon. I recommend making reservations as I noticed anyone who didn't have one had to sit at the bar. We ordered some appsand entrees. We had to wait quite a while for any food to come out. My co-workers got their main entrees first. My salad cameout last. We asked about our appetizers and the server just said the fryer wasn't working so that's why our apps didn't come outyet. She didn't apologize or anything, just blamed the kitchen like it was a separate entity from the restaurant. It was strangehaving our apps come out after our main dishes, like dessert. My salad came out late so I awkwardly looked at my phone while theothers ate until the lobster spinach queso arrived. It was so good though. My salad with salmon was also very fresh and tasty. A... variety of kids food options are available which helps to accommodate families with little ones. My favorite dishes include thesalmon. Either entrée for salmon is a must try. I stumbled upon this place trying to skip parking issues at Avalon in 2019 .. back then we did happy hour and I always wanted to... go back but COVID happened! So I went back here for a office happy hour hoping that it’s still as good as before . And I amhappy to report that YES it is :) I love their drinks and food so much . Happy hour is 4-7 pm during weekdays and definitelymust try . We absolutely loved our margarita and pineapple martini. My fav food (I love bar food ) would have to be the spicyshrimp and sliders . Great atmosphere, wonderful for happy hour drinks and hanging out with friends. The Black Diamond Martini was good. I had the... grilled steak medallions, so so, it was chewy and difficult to eat. The Crispy Cauliflower was not crispy and way too sweet. Itwas not tossed in Thai chilly sauce, it was soaked. Prices are great, our server was friendly and attentive. Beautiful restaurant and great service. Went here for lunch and enjoyed the meal. Firebirds chicken and noodle with baked potato... was my lunch selection. Baked potato topped with sour cream, cheese and chives had salt seasoned skin which made it tasty. Asyou stirred up the noodles and chicken, it revealed bacon within the sauce. Adding to my list of lunch places near work that Iwill for sure return. Read more
