I frequent this establishment and Over the past couple of weeks this place has been TERRIBLE with a CAPITAL ?T? ? from inside... customer service to the 2 boxes of DRY Glazed donuts that were purchased on 2 different occasions. While I understand beingshort staffed as an issue. CUSTOMER SERVICE should NEVER be compromised. When I entered the building I was not greeted nor wasI assisted. I waited at the counter for 3 or 4 minutes while EVERY CAR (about 5) in drive thru was helped. I walked out of thestore and went through drive-thru. I expressed my concerns but was told ? there is Only 2 of us here and she was making drinksfor the drive thru!???? I WILL NOT BE BACK!!! I?ll drive 5 miles South to a different Dunkin Donut before I visit THIS oneagain. It?s literally a block away. Read more
Being from New England (New England runs on Dunkin ????) I just love my morning DD! Normally, I stop at a DD near my house but... this morning I was running late so stopped to this DD at 6020 Atlanta Hwy, Alpharetta, GA 30004. In full disclosure, I havestopped here in the evening several times and never had any issues, save some very cold and burnt bacon last week. However, thismorning I placed the same order I always place in the morning at DD (1 Lg hot coffee, 2 egg and cheese wraps, snacking? bacon,and 1 chocolate glazed munchkin/donut hole.) The young man over the intercom insisted he could not sell me a donut hole and Iwould need to purchase at least 5. I told him I only wanted 1 and not 5 and asked him to convene with his manager about how toaccommodate this request. The manager was waiting for me at the window and he conveyed to me what a big favor it was to me thathe was doing, and that because he couldn?t sell just one that he was going to give me the one out of the goodness of his heart,but ?just this one time,? so as to make it clear to me that I should not make this request again. His tone was patronizing. Ithanked him but also shared that there could have been a less patronizing and appropriate way to accommodate my request (Ididn?t say this but?sell me a tiny donut. The system can be overrided by a manager easily to allow for such things.) He thenstepped away from the window, continuing to look at me, talking out of the side of his mouth to a couple young employees whowere also staring at me snickering. The gentleman, when asked if he was the owner said no and, identified himself as themanager. The young lady who rang up my card was genuinely a very courteous person. My daughter and I come here very frequently. Our favorite employee is the older gentleman because he always repeats the order... back to you to double check that it's right AND he is always smiling! The inside is very clean and so far, hasn't beenoverwhelmingly busy inside. The food is fresh tasting and delicious. Read more
I've been visiting this location for a few years now and the Custer Service is still excellent and the food is even better. ... Their Avocado Toast is delicious and their chocolate covered donuts are always Great! Keep up the good work! Read more
